Shipping Policy

-Most items not listed below ship within 2-4 business days
-Oils/blends are made to order and ship within 2-5 business days
-Digital PDF rituals for companions are sent within 1-2 business days
-Custom conjures take up to 1-3 weeks to complete (May vary based on demand)
-Energy healing sessions are scheduled and vary (2-4 business days typically)

Hours of operation are Mon-Fri. We do not fulfill or work on orders Sat-Sun. Sat-Sun are not business days, and do not apply to wait time for an order.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Trinity of Light has a strict NO refund or return policy for any reason other than due to a mistake on our end, such as: a missing item, wrong item sent, item out of stock, and/or any other reason Trinity of Light deems appropriate. We have the right to refuse or allow a refund or return at any time, and it is solely at our discretion, not the customer's.

Please read our Terms and Conditions for elaboration on our store policies and Terms of Service. And please read all item descriptions before purchasing. We also ask all customers read our FAQ at the bottom of our home page before purchasing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we only ship physical items to the US and Canada. We do not ship internationally to any other countries. We do offer remote services for certain items that provide a digital file in place of physical, nothing is physically shipped.  Please contact us if you wish to set up a remote binding.
We have recently stopped all shipments to the UK due to the refund policy enforced in the UK. 

We will not cover customs fees, and are not responsible for any issues, delays, lost packages, or additional charges due to customs. It is entirely out of Trinity of Light's control what the postal service and/or customs requires or does with your package. We do not collect any money from or for customs. We are not held liable, accountable, or responsible for any issues, complications, payments, losses, or damages caused by customs or shipment.


SHIPPING POLICY

We will not refund any shipping charges for your items. Some of our products have free shipping, some items do not. All items have shipping calculated by USPS that do not fall under the free shipping category.

We will not cover custom fees or any other fees incurred in shipping. That is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any problems, lost packages, or damage during shipment, this includes the customer providing the wrong address, name, or information. If your package is lost or stolen, but marked delivered, it is up to the customer to contact USPS or their local post office to locate or report the package. 

Furthermore, if the status of your package is marked delivered but you claim to have not received it, it is not our responsibility to contact USPS about the issue. The customer is responsible fully for contacting USPS, neighbors, and/or filing a stolen package report. Refunds may be offered at our discretion depending on the insurance of the package shipped. For spirit vessel packages being lost, we offer a service to recall and rebind the spirit to a new vessel for $15 with free shipping, or $5 for a remote distance binding to a vessel in your home.

 

RETURNED-TO-SENDER  PACKAGE POLICY

The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs should the package be returned to Trinity of Light and need to be re-shipped due to address error, or any other error that caused the package to return, due to fault of the customer. 

We reserve the right to refuse to resend the package if the customer refuses to pay or repay the shipping cost. In the case of shipping having been initially free for your package, if your package returns to Trinity of Light due to customer error or any issue via USPS that is not expressly due to error on Trinity of Light's end, you will have to pay the return shipping cost even if you did not pay it initially. Trinity of Light will not cover the shipping twice for free shipping items. 

All packages are shipped with labels printed directly from the information the customer provides. Trinity of Light does not handwrite labels, so any error with address or name is solely on the customer, as all information is printed directly from the computer. If your package is returned, you will be responsible for shipping costs to have it re-sent.

Trinity of Light is not required to re-send your package once it is returned if customer refuses to pay the shipping. If the customer refuses to pay, and the item has returned to our ownership, we will cancel and refund the order minus any shipping expenses. Shipping expenses will not be refunded. The customer will then lose privileges to use our store in the future, and any future orders will be cancelled.
We reserve the right to re-list any such items that were returned.
We have no desire to prevent you from receiving your package and the items purchased, but will not tolerate abusive behavior towards our policies due to customer error.

Our shipping policy may be subjected to updates or changes at our leisure and discretion. It is up to the customer to update themselves on changes of our policies by visiting our policy pages at any time. We are not responsible for notifying the customer of policy changes of any kind. We reserve the right to change any and all of our policies at any time.
