TERMS OF SERVICE

This website is operated by Trinity of Light. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Trinity of Light. Trinity of Light offers this website, including all information, tools, items, and Services available from this site to you, the customer, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions

(“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, refer to all Services offered on our website. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including and without limitation to: users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of our content.

You as a customer agree to these Terms of Service by visiting, browsing, purchasing, and any other form of usage of this site. Please read these Terms before purchasing anything. By browsing our site or purchasing any product, you by default agree to the Terms listed. If you wish to not agree to these Terms, then you are not to use our Services. 

We have the right to change our Terms at any time, and may do so with no notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check for updates. Being unaware of changes, or being unaware of the Terms, does not excuse you of the Terms of our store. All users default to agreement of these Terms by using our website.


SECTION 1 - STORE TERMS

You agree by using our Services that you are at least 18 years or older, or the legal age of majority in your state or province of residence.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit any and all of our services, products, items, and all related work associated with Trinity of Light at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at any time.

We will not refund any shipping charges. We will not cover custom fees or any other fees incurred in shipping. We are not liable for any problems, lost packages, or damage during shipment, this includes the customer providing the wrong address, name, or information. The customer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs should the package be returned to Trinity of Light and need re-shipped.



SECTION 2 - CHANGES TO SERVICES, PRICES, OR DISCOUNTINUED PRODUCTS

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a Service or item without notice at any time.
We shall not be held liable to you for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance. It is within our right to alter and change any item we deem appropriate.

Some products on our Shopify may be limited or discontinued at any time. Some items on our Shopify are priced differently than our Etsy store. It is within our right to price items as we please, and we will not refund any difference if an item is purchased at a higher cost on another platform. Etsy's prices take into account the 6.5% Etsy fee and 2% card fee, as well as listing fees. Many prices on Etsy will be higher due to fees, not because we are being malicious or dishonest. We will not offer refunds due to price changes or due to the purchase of items at different prices on other platforms.



SECTION 3 - CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellation of an order. Any and all spirit-related items have a firm no cancellation or refund policy. 

The customer understands that once an item is curated, made, packed, labeled, or shipped, that we will not offer a cancellation for any Service we have completed or put work into. The customer is aware that once all fields are completed in the checkout process, that the customer has then confirmed they wish to receive the Service purchased. All sales are final. We are not liable nor responsible for accidental purchases or claims of buyer's remorse.

We do not offer refunds for our Services or products except for specific case by case basis at our discretion. Please review our Shipping Policy for further details on refunds and returns. 

The customer is aware based on the work done in our store we cannot offer returns, nor can we refund you once a Service is completed on our end. Please fully review all of our policies before placing an order.


SECTION 4 - ITEM INACCURACIES, QUALITY, OR ERRORS


We do not guarantee that the quality of any product, service, or any item purchased will meet your expectations. 

We do our best to make our photos and descriptions as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer or electronic device monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

It is up to the customer to read descriptions in full to understand what they are purchasing. We are not liable for issues arising from failure to understand or read an item. That is the customer's responsibility to read all information provided, and is solely up to the customer to reach out for any clarification prior to a purchase. Once a purchase has been made, this action constitutes that the customer agrees to all Terms and Policies of our store and website.

While we try our best to maintain accuracy and efficiency, there may at times be typos, errors, inaccurate prices, or other accidental human error when it comes to listing, shipping, or selling an item. The customer understands human error happens, and information, prices, or other factors may change due to error or mistake on Trinity of Light's part.


SECTION 5 - ITEM BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE AFTER USE OR WEAR


In the case of items breaking or becoming damaged due to customer wear, age, or misuse, we do not issue refunds for any reason. In the cases of shipping damages in the mail, we do not offer refunds. If a spirit vessel arrives damaged in the package, we require a photo of the damage and may or may not replace the vessel depending on your case.  We do offer remote rebinding services if necessary and if your claim qualifies.

If an item, vessel, pendant, bottle, or any other product or item we sell becomes damaged, but arrives intact initially after delivery, we are not responsible and will not provide a refund or replacement. We are not at fault for the misuse, mishandling, loss, or accidental breakage an item. If the breakage or loss of a vessel is accidental and you are wanting to rebind a spirit, please visit our remote rebinding service. 
Furthermore, all pendants that are provided chains are considered freebies. All chains are freely provided for the customer's convenience. Breakage of chains will not be offered a replacement, nor does the chain have any effect on the pendant being used as a vessel.

We do not guarantee jewelry won't tarnish, become discolored, break, disassemble, or corrode due to wear, age, mishandling, or accidental damage. While we do our best to find jewelry of higher quality, we do not guarantee metals won't age or degrade. Long-term wear of jewelry that exposes the metal to water, chemicals, soaps, oxygen, and oils of the skin, can cause corrosion, oxidization, and damage to different metals naturally. We are not held liable for damage caused by the normal wear and aging of jewelry, and will not issue a replacement or refund. SECTION 6 - TERMS OF MAGICKAL, HEALING, AND SPIRITWORK


All spellwork, magick, healing sessions, spiritwork, and all other Services catering to the supernatural, metaphysical, spiritual, and magickal, are sold as curio only. All such Services and any future metaphysical Services are always sold for entertainment purposes.

These items and Services are never to be purchased to replace medical care, medicine, therapy, and/or be used for financial or legal aid. All Services and items are only for the customer's entertainment. Trinity Of Light is not held liable for any issues arising from the purchasing of our items, or the lack of supernatural experiences.

We do not guarantee any Services or items we provide and sell will cause supernatural, metaphysical, spiritual, physical, mental, emotional, financial, or healing effects. Our Service is to be used for entertainment purposes only. Nothing is guaranteed intangibly. All items purchased either to provide a physical product or digital file, when purchasing an item, the customer agrees the tangible item, including all digital files if it applies, is the purpose of their purchase. No supernatural or metaphysical information holds valid, and the physical or digital item is the intended purchase.

All sessions that incorporate energy healing, energywork, spellwork, ritual, or an intangible force, are purely for entertainment and do not guarantee physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual changes to a person's life or body. We never condone nor recommend using energy healing or metaphysical Services as a replacement for physical care, therapy, or physical, mental, or emotional medical needs.



SECTION 7 - REFUSAL OF SERVICE POLICY

We reserve the right to refuse Service to any person or third-party at any time for any reason. Orders may be canceled and refunded if we feel a person is intending to use our products or Services in an unethical, immoral, harmful, illegal, or any other negative manner that Trinity of Light deems inappropriate. 

We will never tolerate hateful, racist, harmful, abusive, or cruel speech, messages, or actions towards our Service and/or business.  We will not humor skeptics, and reserve the right to ignore or block any emails or messages for any reason. We are not required to respond to emails, messages, or comments that are purely hateful or negative, and we reserve the right to refuse all communication, contact, and Service without notice and without reason if we feel it is necessary.


SECTION 8 - CHARGEBACK OR FRAUDELENT PRACTICES

Any customers who abuse our policies or who issue chargebacks for items or Services will be permanently terminated and blacklisted from using our site and/or Services in the future. Any future orders will be cancelled.

If there is ever an issue with an order, customers are asked to reach out about the issue to discuss a resolution. We have firm policies concerning refunds and returns that the customer agrees to by using our site. Any issuing of a chargeback for a completed Service, even such Services wherein an item is lost in the mail, will be considered fraudulent and will terminate all customer privileges to use our website in the future.

Never will the customer hold Trinity of Light liable or responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in the mail. This includes not holding liability for replacing or refunding your item due to reasons outside of Trinity of Light's control. Chargebacks will be considered abusive and fraudulent under any and all circumstances within the legal grounds that Trinity of Light, on our end, completed and provided the Service that was paid for. We are not liable for what occurs to your package once it leaves our possession.
In certain cases, we will offer remote services to reconnect you with a spirit if an item is damaged or lost, but may or may not offer a replacement package, and it is fully within our discretion how we handle case by case issues.



SECTION 9 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trinity of Light and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney fees, made by any third-party due to, or arising out of, your breach of these Terms of Service, or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Trinity of Light is not responsible or to be held liable for any damages or injury due to any incident or accident caused by our products. It is the customer's responsibility to use precaution, safety, and comprehension when working with all of our products.

 

SECTION 10 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the Terms of Service at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, our website or the Services offered, constitutes acceptance of those changes to our Terms.
