These are methods you can perform with this oil.

Anoint this oil on the Third Eye before bed, asking Archangel Jeremiel to guide and bless your dreams. Keep a dream journal nearby to record all dreams after waking. Use quick cliff notes at the very least when waking, as you should write down any dream even in the middle of the night to help you with recall. This helps you identify symbols and messages in dreams before you forget the dream.

Anoint a purple candle before bedtime with the intention to aid in your dreams or meditations. Call Archangel Jeremiel to be with you, protect your dreams, and guide them. Ask he helps you recall dreams, and should it be allowed this night - assist with Astral or lucid dreams.

Make a sachet or charm bag with dried chamomile, lavender, mugwort, white willow bark, and (optionally) a piece of Tektite. Anoint the sachet with oil and place it under your pillow, ask Archangel Jeremiel to bless the charm and ask it protects your dreams, assist in recall, and bring forth lucidity.
