These are methods you can perform with this oil.

Anoint this oil on the Third Eye before bed, asking Archangel Jeremiel to guide and bless your dreams. Keep a dream journal nearby to record all dreams after waking. Use quick cliff notes at the very least when waking, as you should write down any dream even in the middle of the night to help you with recall. This helps you identify symbols and messages in dreams before you forget the dream.

Anoint on a white or purple candle before bedtime with the intention to aid in your dreams or meditations. This oil helps in areas of clairvoyance both in dreams and nighttime meditations.

Place a few drops in a diffuser in the bedroom before you sleep to fill the air with the aroma and energy of the oil.

Make a sachet or charm bag with dried chamomile, lavender, mugwort, white willow bark, and (optionally) a piece of Tektite. Anoint the sachet with oil and place it under your pillow.
