🔹INSTRUCTIONS🔹

Anoint this oil on the Heart and Solar Plexus Chakra as it helps aid clearing these Chakras that often carry the weight, knots, and pains of sadness, guilt, or things we need to release. Breathe the oil's energy in and be at peace, beckoning its light and vibration that has been blessed.

Anoint objects you know you need to let go of and throw them away or donate them.

Use a white or green candle and anoint it in a cross pattern with the oil. Write down everything you wish to let go of, even if it is simply the word grief or sadness. Burn this paper and see it is done. For added power call upon the Archangel Azrael to help you move on and release grief, trauma, or attachments to Earthly possessions.

Do all or any of this as often as needed as some things may be buried or stuck deep and needing continued attention. You will notice your body and energy lighten more and more. Do your best to focus on releasing and moving your thoughts elsewhere.
